As I begin this paragraph, I really don’t know where to begin. My name is Catherine, I have chronic pain due to an injury.  I have been to many doctors but then I found out about acupuncture. It has changed my life.  I am off most of the pain medication because of it.
I found Full Circle Acupuncture when I moved to La Mesa and what a life saver that was!  I have been there twice so far and plan on continuing to go to Adam and Deborah for the rest of my life.  Full Circle is an amazing place.  Not only is the atmosphere wonderful those two are also.  Adam has given my both of my treatments and I have to tell you I walked out of there a new person.
This place and people are wonderful and I would advise any and everyone to go there.

As a board certified family physician, I recommend acupuncture to my patients for the treatment of menopause, perimenopause, prenatal symptoms, depression, back pain and hypertension.  Deborah and Adam have treated me with acupuncture and Chinese herbs. I no longer require Lipitor and my excema is well controlled.  I highly recommend Deborah and Adam for any type of medical illness.  Of course, I would continue to recommend that patients also do yearly exams with their physician and perform the necessary annual tests that are recommended for their age group.

I highly recommend Adam – I was involved in a serious auto accident with major back injuries. The doctors wanted to perform a very serious surgical procedure and I chose acupuncture as an alternative.
